Three well worn Jewish Prayer books on a Table at my Shul (synagogue). The Siddur (prayer book) was composed by Ezra the scribe, over 2500 years ago. Still very much in use today.

Back in Florida

Everything turned out Ok with my daughter except she is still looking for a job, only, in the Berkshires. I can't blame here really because it is a wonderful area at least in the warm months.

Surgery ok, yeah

First and foremost my daughter's surgery went 100% well. It will take about a month for here to get her eyesight back 100%. Otherwise I had a great trip, took about 14 rolls with the Zeiss ( yeah, I can keep it!!).
Good some great shots. Here is my day on a car ferry on Long Island Sound.


Also spent some time in the Hamptons and also the Berkshire Mts (where my daughter lives).

This is gonna cost a lot of money

My daughter has no insurance. She just got her Master's in Teaching at UMASS this spring and has been out looking for a teacher's job. So no health insurance. Seems like I might have to sell something to raise money.

Daughter's Surgery is this Thursday

So we wait. So to cheer myself up I offer a photo of my grandson.

What a bummer

My daughter, age 27, was just told she has a detached retina in her eye. All my plans could change. She is very young to have this and it popped up, out of nowhere. Please pray for her speedy recovery.

First Post

Yesterday we went down to the beach. I did not bring a bathing suit and it was too crowded anyway. Plus it was about 100 f. Just too hot.
Shoot taken with a Pentax Optio 750z. Today I am off to Naples, FL for a business meeting.
